What this site publishes about businesses, and what it collects from people who use it.
What a listing contains
Listings use only business information that the business has published itself: business name, trade, cities served, business phone number and website. I do not list home addresses or personal email addresses.
If a listed phone number is also your personal number and you would rather it was not here, tell me and I will remove it the same day.
What this site collects from visitors
This site has no accounts and no advertising or tracking cookies. The only information it collects is what you type into the listing request form: the business details, your name, and your email address if you give one.
A request is emailed to me so I can act on it, and a copy is kept in a private log for up to 18 months as a record of what was asked. The form runs on a small service I operate on Cloudflare, and the email is delivered by Resend. I do not sell or share requests with anyone else.
If I contact your business
I may call or email a listed business to confirm its details. Any email from me says who I am, includes my mailing address, and has a way to opt out of further email.
Who is responsible
Matt Henderson, MCH Projects. Email hello@kwhomepros.ca. The mailing address is in the footer of every page.
